When your mentor/instructor creates a course with an embedded live webinar or sets up a personal/group virtual consultation with you, you can join the meeting from your dashboard. Our platform supports both Zoom and GoogleMeet, and you'll have continued access to replay the meeting recordings right from your Learnhub 365 dashboard.

Learnhub 365 is free for both mentors and learners, as long as offers are free. However, when you are interested in a paid course, training package, or consultation, you will pay whatever is listed as the price of the offer through our secure, third-party payment platform. Some packages are one off payment while some can be subscription based.

2. What types of Learning Format does Learnhub 365 support?
Learnhub 365 supports different types of learning formats, including pre-recorded course videos, presentations, live webinars and one-on-one virtual consultations using the embedded GoogleMeet or Zoom on our platform. You can expect either or a mix of any the above in a course or training package.Â

3. Can I Watch the Training Videos Offline?
This is possible depending on the settings of the course mentor. However, our resilient progressive web app ensures you can easily access the training videos at any time even with limited network.Â

4. How Will I Interact with Mentors?
The Learnhub 365 platform supports multiple ways to interact with your mentors and other students privately. We have robust messaging and interaction tools and everyone have their own private profiles like a regular social media. Members can send and receive messages from one another privately and in groups on the platform. When mentors create private groups for their courses or training packages, they can add subscribed learners directly as members of the group.

5. How Will I Access A Course/Training Package
Check the course directory page. You can see all the listed courses and you can also see list of mentors and check out the courses they have to offer. Read the course descriptions and requirements and check whether they are free or paid. You can get started right away for free courses or pay the required fee for paid courses to get started on them. Once that is done, you can access the course content on your dashboard under the tab 'Courses'.

6. Can I Subscribe to Multiple Courses on the Platform?
Yes, you can subscribe to multiple courses. However, for courses that have certain real-time activities like webinars and consultations, you may want to check your calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.

7. How Much Will I Pay For A Course?
The price of a course, training package or consultation is determined by the mentor/instructor based on the value they are offering. Learners will have the opportunity to rate the course and the mentor after taking the course. Some mentors may have some free sections in their course to give learners a tip of what to expect.Â

8. How Will I Join A Google Meet Event, Webinar or Consultation?
As a learner, you will have to be subscribed to a course or training to be able to join a Google Meet event for the course. That's because it's a mentor that can create a Google Meet event and share it with their learners and subscribers on the platform. If an 'event' has been shared with you, you will receive a notification and also see it on your dashboard when you click the Google Meet tab and go to My Meetings. You will see the event and see a countdown timer. When it's time, you will see the status of the event changed to 'meeting running'. Click on the event and then click on 'Join Meeting'.

9. How Will I Join A Zoom Event, Webinar or Consultation?
As a learner, you will have to be subscribed to a course or training to be able to join a Zoom event for the course. That's because it's a mentor that can create a Zoom event and share it with their learners and subscribers on the platform. If an 'event' has been shared with you, you will receive a notification and also see it on your dashboard when you click the Zoom Meeting tab and go to My Meetings. You will see the event and see the countdown time. When it's time, you will see the status of the event changed to 'meeting running'. Click on the event and then click on 'Join Meeting'.
You can rewatch the Zoom meeting recording from your dashboard after the meeting whether or not you attend. However, this is only possible if the mentor records the meeting when it was live.
