  • 1. Is Learnhub 365 Free?

    Learnhub 365 is free for both mentors and learners, as long as offers are free. However, when you sell or host courses, meetings, webinars, and consultations on our platform, we will charge a commission. In addition to that, while our basic features can easily get the job done, our premium features provide an enhanced experience.  Therefore, certain features on the platform are restricted to paid membership levels. The exact commission and paid membership levels are stated on our pricing page.

  • 2. What types of training format does Learnhub 365 support?

    Learnhub 365 supports different types of training formats, including pre-recorded course videos, presentations, live webinars and one-on-one virtual consultations using the embedded GoogleMeet or Zoom on our platform. 

  • 3. How Will I Upload My Training Videos Securely?

    Learnhub 365 provides a secure way of uploading pre-recorded videos to your courses while building course content on the platform.  You can upload the videos directly, through third party platforms or by just placing a link to a YouTube video. The courses are only available on demand based on your settings. 

  • 4. Can I Build a Course with Existing YouTube Videos?

    Yes, you can build courses with your existing YouTube videos, and use the robust features on our platform to add quizzes, assignments, live webinars, and also interact with your students using the platform's messaging and interaction tools. 

  • 5. How Will I Interact with Students?

    Learnhub 365 has robust messaging and interaction tools. Everyone have their own profiles like a regular social media and members can send and receive messages from one another privately on the platform. Instructors can also create private groups on the platform for students taking their course, for discussions and interactions.  Each student can also take notes and engage in discussions with the instructor directly on the course. 

  • 6. How Will I Get Students To Buy My Course/Training?

    There are two ways to get students to buy your course, training, and consultations on Learnhub 365.

    1. Through your own efforts. Perhaps you've had a student base before but you're just looking for an all-in-one virtual learning platform like Learnhub 365 to get more organized, eliminate chaos, and deliver greater value.  You can bring your students to the platform, and this reduces the commission the platform charges on your courses and trainings.
    2. We bring the students. As we grow the platform through our own marketing efforts, students get to discover your course on our course listing and buy your course. This has a different commission base.

    If we find your course highly valuable, we can run a dedicated marketing campaign for your specific course to increase students subscription on the course. When we do this, the commission will also be different for all the students that subscribe to the course through our marketing campaign.

  • 7. Can I Add Students In Bulk?

    Yes, you can add students in bulk to a course, and send them notification to login. However, once they will have to pay for the course once they login to get started on the course. 

  • 8. Can I Offer Some Parts of My Training for Free While I Monetize Some?

    Yes, you can offer a free section(s) in your course while monetizing the rest. You can enable this feature in our course builder. The free section(s) will be available to any one who starts the course and the paid section will only be available to view when they pay.  

  • 9. Who Sets The Price for My Course/Training?

    Your are in charge of setting your own price for your courses and training. 

  • 10. Will I Have To Set up My Own Google Meet For Webinar/Consultation?

    No, you won't have to set up your own Google Meet outside of our platform. Learnhub 365 has a robust Google Meet integration where you can schedule your Webinar/Consultation within your course curriculum? Once set up, the platform notifies the course subscribers and they have the meeting notice displayed on their own dashboards as well. When its time for the meeting, you can start the meeting from your dashboard, and they can also join the meeting from their own dashboard. You will have to authenticate with your Google account to be able to use this feature as the meeting creator.  

  • 11. How Will I Get Paid for My Courses/Training?

    You get paid by setting up your course or training and putting a price tag on it. Once students buy your course, you will see earnings on your dashboard, and you can withdraw to your bank account based on the platform's outline withdrawal procedure. It is important to note that Learnhub 365 is not just a platform for selling your courses, we want our instructors to go extra miles to make positive impacts on their learners. Therefore, we have a rating system where students rate the course and instructor. We are big on impact, not just on selling. 

  • 12. Will I Have To Set up My Own Zoom For Webinar/Consultation?

    No, you won't have to set up your own Zoom meeting outside of our platform. Learnhub 365 has a robust Zoom integration where you can schedule your Webinar/Consultation within your course curriculum. Once set up, the platform notifies the course subscribers and they have the meeting notice displayed on their own dashboards as well. When its time for the meeting, you can start the meeting from your dashboard, and they can also join the meeting from their own dashboard.

    Meeting participants will also be able to find and replay the recorded version of the Zoom meeting from their Learnhub 365 dashboard after the event, whether or not they attended the event. That's provided the instructor recorded the meeting.

    The meeting is held with the platform's Zoom credentials and it's only available for some instructor membership levels. Check our pricing page to learn more.

    All students have access to join Zoom meetings they are invited to by instructors but they can't create Zoom meetings.

  • 13. Can We Use Learnhub 365 for our Corporate Virtual Training?

    Yes, you can use Learnhub 365 for your corporate virtual training, especially when training cohorts, and specialized trainings that last for weeks or months. We have robust features for different kinds of training packages as well as a a variety of evaluation tools. Learn more here.

  • 14. Is there A Certificate System on the Site?

    Yes, there is an automated and customizable certificate system on the site.
