Learnhub 365 has a robust Google Meet integration where you can schedule your Webinar/Consultation within your course curriculum? Once set up, the platform notifies the course subscribers and they have the meeting notice displayed on their own dashboards as well. When its time for the meeting, you can start the meeting from your dashboard, and they can also join the meeting from their own dashboard. You will have to authenticate with your Google account to be able to use this feature as the meeting creator. Â

9. How Does Zoom Events Get Set up on Learnhub 365?
Learnhub 365 has a robust Zoom integration where you can schedule your Webinar/Consultation within your course curriculum. Once set up, the platform notifies the course subscribers and they have the meeting notice displayed on their own dashboards as well. When its time for the meeting, you can start the meeting from your dashboard, and they can also join the meeting from their own dashboard.
Meeting participants will also be able to find and replay the recorded version of the Zoom meeting from their Learnhub 365 dashboard after the event, whether or not they attended the event. That's provided the instructor recorded the meeting.
The meeting is held with the platform's Zoom credentials and it's only available for some instructor membership levels. Check our pricing page to learn more.
All students have access to join Zoom meetings they are invited to by instructors but they can't create Zoom meetings.
